At Bran's Diecast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
